Product details description of polyester-cotton fabric

1. Fabric composition and characteristics

Component ratio: 65% Polyester + 35% Cotton (common ratio, can be adjusted according to customer requirements, such as 50/50, 80/20, etc.).

Dual advantages: Combining the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of polyester with the moisture absorption and breathability of cotton, it takes into account both comfort and practicality.

High strength: Polyester fiber reinforced fabric is more resilient, more resistant to stretching and less prone to deformation than pure cotton.

Easy to maintain: Anti-wrinkle and no need for ironing, low shrinkage rate (about 3%-5%), quick drying after machine washing, suitable for frequent daily use.

2. Fabric texture and appearance

Diverse textures: It can be made into plain weave, twill weave, Oxford weave, etc. The surface is fine or rough, meeting the needs of different styles.

Glossiness: Polyester gives the fabric a slight luster, while cotton provides a natural matte finish, visually balancing business and casual wear.

Excellent dyeability: Bright and firm colors that do not fade easily, suitable for printing, embroidery and other processes.

Clothing: Shirts, work clothes, school uniforms, casual pants, jackets (balancing the stiffness of professional attire with daily comfort).

Home textiles: bed sheets, quilt covers, curtains (durable and easy to wash, suitable for both home and hotel use).

Bags/Accessories: Backpacks, hats (lightweight and durable, suitable for outdoor or commuting).

4. Washing and maintenance suggestions

Machine washable friendly: Water temperature ≤40℃, avoid prolonged soaking.

Avoid high temperatures: Do not dry clean. Ironing temperature ≤150℃. It is recommended to iron with a cloth underneath.

Drying: It is recommended to dry in a cool and well-ventilated place. Direct sunlight can accelerate aging.

Optional eco-friendly processes: Some products have passed the OEKO-TEX® certification and meet international environmental protection standards.

Recycled polyester: Supports the use of recycled polyester (rPET) to reduce environmental burden.
